JAGUAR XKR CONVERTIBLE V8 4.0

At Jaguar, the characterful sports coupe is a tradition dating back to the sculptural XK 120 in the early 1950s. The rest is punctuated by real crown jewels, with the feline E-Type in the 1960s, the baroque XJS in the 1970s and the… XK8.

This XK8 coupé (available as a convertible from 1997) is truly an exceptional car and is the result of a forced union between Ford and Jaguar. It remains faithful to the fundamentals of the Coventry brand (luxury, refinement and elegance) while associating it with the manufacturing rigor of the American giant allowing to be much more serene about the reliability of this beautiful English car. The range is based around the same engine, a 4.0 V8 with 285hp in the naturally aspirated version (XK8) and 375hp when it is grafted with a compressor (XKR).
